• Device Information: Push notification tokens, device type, and operating system version
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including pages viewed and actions taken

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's scheduling and workforce management functionality
• To send you push notifications about schedule updates, shift reminders, and open shifts
• To track training completion and policy acknowledgments as required by your employer
• To analyze and improve the App's performance and user experience

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-based database service. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your employer is the data controller for your personal information. We process your data on behalf of your employer in accordance with their instructions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Employer: All data collected through the App is accessible to your employer as the account administrator
• Service Providers: We use Supabase for data storage and Expo for push notifications. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests

Push Notifications

The App uses push notifications to keep you informed about:

• New schedule publications
• Available open shifts
• Upcoming shift reminders
• Schedule changes

You can control notification preferences within the App settings. You may also disable push notifications entirely through your device settings.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can view your personal information within the App
• Correction: You can update certain information through the App or request corrections from your employer
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting your employer
• Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications and adjust privacy settings within the App

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as:

• You remain employed and your account is active
• Your employer requires the data for business, legal, or compliance purposes
• Required by applicable employment and labor laws

After account termination, your employer may retain certain data in accordance with their data retention policies and legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by employees of our business clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
